What are Chaga Mushrooms?

When does my subscription take payment?

Our payment options provide you with the freedom to choose when to pay. We offer a range of payment methods and flexible payment schedules to suit your needs, so you can manage your payments in a way that works best for you. Shipping & Returns

What is your shipping policy?

We are pleased to offer free shipping to all UK orders over £40. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via our standard shipping method and will typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

For orders under £40, a flat rate shipping fee of £3.99 will be applied to cover shipping costs - or it's free when you subscribe!

We also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost for those who need their orders sooner.

Do you ship overseas?

We're super excited to ship Trippy globally. Select your country from the list when entering your address, and we'll work with our preferred courier partner DPD to have your parcel delivered to your door.

How do I process a return?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to request a return authorisation number (RA#). Once you have an RA#, please securely package the item and send it back to us at your expense, including the RA# on the outside of the package.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened items, or items that have been used or damaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

Will I get a full refund?

If you need to return an item, please note that we can only offer a full refund for unopened items that are returned within 30 days of purchase.
